Our free shipping option offered is curbside delivery, which includes bringing the product to your front door, or garage. For those requiring assistance with in-home delivery or assembly, we also offer an array of additional services that make installing your new fitness equipment stress-free! Plus, Treadmill.com offers a hassle free 30-day return policy above and beyond the industry standard.

Products usually ships within 5 business days.

Here are the various shipping options that we offer:

Curbside Delivery (Free of charge)

This is our standard, and free shipping option.  We will drop your product off at your front door or garage.  Please be aware that we cannot go up any stairs, or bring the unit inside your house with this option.   

Inside Delivery (Optional charge)

With this option, we will bring the item into your home or business, and it what’s known as a “threshold” delivery.  Meaning that we will bring them item just past the threshold of your front door and leave the item there for you.  This delivery option is best if you’re concerned with inclement weather issues, or live in a townhouse where there might be a flight of stairs to get to your front door. Up to 2 flights of stairs are included with this option.

Room Of Choice (Optional charge)

With room of choice delivery, we will bring your item to any room in your home or business (with a maximum of 3 flights of stairs).  Since most of the fitness equipment we sell weighs 250lbs or more, this is a great option. Especially, if you need help getting the unit into your house, up some stairs, and positioned for you.  This delivery option still gives you the opportunity to assemble the equipment yourself.

White Glove Delivery (Optional charge)

This is the Cadillac of delivery options.  Simply answer the door, point to where you want your equipment, and we’ll take care of the rest.  Our trained technicians will bring the unit to the room of your choice, unbox the equipment, assemble the equipment, and make sure it’s in good working order.  We’ll even take out the trash for you. 

Optional Charge Pricing

If you opt for one of our optional delivery services, the charges will vary depending on the size and weight of the machine. On our product page, after adding an item to your cart, you will see options for various delivery charges. In-home delivery can start as low as $49.99 and will go up in pricing according to the service level.

Delivery Process

With all of our deliveries someone over 18 will need to be home to receive and sign for the delivery.  All deliveries will be setup at least 2 days in advance, which will be arranged via a phone call directly from the delivery company.  All deliveries are scheduled within a 4 or 5 hour delivery window, which is generally from 8am - noon or noon - 5pm.  

We know you are anxious to receive your new exercise equipment, but please be aware that we cannot ship via traditional services like UPS or FedEx.  Our equipment weighs between 200lbs and 550lbs and must be shipped via freight trucking companies.  We can generally deliver equipment in 2 weeks or less, but ask for your patience and allow up to 3 weeks.

Special Delivery Fees

Anything that has the word "free" attached to it normally has specail terms and conditions.  Whilte these don't apply to 99.5% of our customers, we have to put them in writing nonetheless.  In rare circumstances, we will need to charge shipping fees. These reasons include, but are not limited to:

  • Shipping to residents that live outside of the contiguous 48 states
  • Shipping to an address that requires a ferry ride
  • Shipping to an address that requires special vehicle that would prevent a semi-truck from delivering
  • Expedited delivery methods
  • In rare cases where an address is deemed “undeliverable” by a carrier
  • Lift-Gate service
  • Change of address after product ships that causes a redirection
  • Missed appointments by the purchaser where additional costs are incurred as a result of missed appointments.
  • 2nd Shipments caused by incorrect physical dimensions of the doors or space for the unit

In the event that shipping is not free, we will always be upfront with our costs and inform the customer directly.
