Once I order, how long does it take before I will receive my exercise equipment?

Our goal is to have your exercise equipment delivered and assembled to you within 14 days! However, please allow up to 28 days for extenuating circumstances like; a product is temporary out of stock, you live in a remote area or we experience difficult weather conditions during transportation, which may cause delays to your delivery date.

Do I need to be home when my product is delivered?

Yes, requires someone at least 18 years of age to be home to accept delivery and assembly of your exercise equipment.

Can I assemble the product myself?

Yes, all products come with detailed assembly instructions and a manual. If you opt to assemble the equipment yourself, we highly recommend having at least two people due to the size and weight. To get the most enjoyment out of your shopping experience however, we do recommend that most customers utlize our White Glove Delivery service, as they will:

  • Schedule a service time
  • Carry the product to your desired location
  • Unpack and assemble the equipment to manufacturer's specifications
  • Verify functionality and haul away packaging

What happens if after I order, I am not able to receive my exercise equipment for a period of time?

If you have paid for your product in full and the product has not shipped, we will gladly hold on to your order for up to 2 weeks. If the product has shipped and you run into a situation where the product cannot be received, typically we can allow up to 5 days of hold time. If it goes beyond that time period, potential storage charges could be applied. Please call as soon as a situation arises and we will try to help work out a solution.
